I have purchased and evaluated many of these. This is the best for the price overall, although it is heavier and longer. It uses dual batteries (two 18650's in series) for a total of 8.4 volts fully charged, and uses a switching power supply to drop that to a regulated 4 volts. This means that the brightness is constant, unlike my single-cell other flashlights that start out bright but get very dim for the last 1/2 to 1/3rd of the battery capacity, say 2.8 volts per cell. So you get a very bright light that lasts a full 25 minutes with the cheap crapola chinese Ultralife batteries (say 3500 mAh and are actually 350 mAh but $1 each), about 1.5 hours with the Casung blue batteries (say 6000 mAh !! [and I have a bridge I want to sell you] but actually about 650 mAh) . This light will go a full 4 hours with real Panasonic or Samsung 18650s (these actually are what they say, 3000 mAh). Real Panasonic or Samsung 18650 cells cost about $9 each, less if you buy in quantity. Its well worth it. This unit does get quite warm in the front after a while, that felt good in a 42-degree F cave I was just exploring for 2 hours. Use good batteries, a good charger, and this will be your go-to flashlight. Focus works fine (push forward and back on the front knurled section, and I mostly use it on the middle brightness (high, medium, low, flashing, and SOS flashing). If you turn it off for more than a few seconds, it goes back to high brightness the next time you turn it on. All zooming units of this design get stuck in the wide-angle (rearmost) position of the slide, so turn it slightly as you push forward and it will 'release' more easily to zoom. The power button is on the end, which is good. Other power buttons where you grip or thumb can bump the button are a nuisance, constantly getting pressed accidentally and switching the light to low brightness or flashing - a real pain. You can unscrew the cylinder below the gold-colored ring and remove the side-clip if desired. I never charge 18650 batteries unless I am present at home, and charge them on a Formica counter with nothing flammable nearby or above, because a small manufacturing defect, or repeated dropping can cause them to short internally and catch fire or explode. There are newer rechargeable lithium-battery chemical formulations that are safer in this regard. Read up on this. Enjoy this technology safely and never put an 18650 battery in your pocket or purse. Any metal, keys, metal jewelry, etc, will short the battery, the resulting fire and explosion in your pocket is not fun. Many have gone to the hospital, burned up their cars (bare battery touching metal in tray or glove compartment.Read full review

The Bad: Light is not 5000 L. 5000 is a lot so I did not expect it to be at this price. Batteries are not 5000mAh. Again I did not expect them to be at this price point. It is common for these ratings to be grossly inflated so I had an idea of what to expect. The clip is cheap and flimsy and will bend and become loose very quickly. The charger lacks instructions which could be potentially dangerous. The Good: For the money this is a good nice and bright flashlight. It has the domed lens that lets you zoom to a nice beam. Batteries last ok. About 3 hours on high for me which equals a week or so spontaneous use. It is sturdy and can sustain multiple drops. The Unknown: I have not had it out enough to know about a life span with general use. I have not had it in wet or moist conditions.Read full review

I've been using these types of flashlights for years as I do pest control. These are bright, sturdy, and a great price. I use the flashlight daily and would much rather use my ultrafire than the expensive ones the company purchased. Many businesses are selling similar lights for outrageous prices with their logos. This is a great buy. I've only had to replace due to loss or stolen. You won't regret purchasing an ultrafire.

I wanted a good brush set without paying a large amount of money. These are pretty good ones, well most are. There was some shedding the first time I went to use them but nothing too bad though. I also feel like some of the brushes don't pick up the product that well. With some of them I had to use double the product just to get the same result I did with cheap brushes. And some of the handles were a little loose too. So I ended up sticking some of my old brushes into the set to make up for the ones I wasn't a fan of. All in all they are good brushes. But would I personally buy another set when it came time to replace theses... no.

This set of 2 flashlights is a great deal. It is very bright. I bought a couple of spare batteries so I could charge a set while I use the other set. My wife loves it when she takes the dog out. I enjoy surprising the animals that occupy my backyard at night. I am going to buy a couple more for Christmas presents for my grown children. And if you want to use it as part of a self-defense kit the larger body and a little extra weight make it very useful for that as well.
