This is a good series, and, I'd say family-friendly. Sean is a fake psychic, but an excellent detective. His sidekick is his lifelong friend, Gus. Together they solve "unsolvable" crimes. I like how they frequently flashback to, mostly 1989, and how his father, a police officer and detective himself, taught him to be highly observant. Entertaining and engaging, sometimes just plain silly, which I like. At the same time, the characters are believable.

this show has really good writers & has stood the test of time. Fairly decent story lines & plot quirks make this TV show easy to watch, as it keeps the gore down to a minimum. While watching I catch myself laughing at the almost slapstick way of dealing with police cases. Like a modern day Starsky & Hutch without the fast car...
Really good show and great price.
