My brothers and i had this game "Full Throttle" over 10 years ago. We finished the game in record time, but we'd always just play it randomly just to keep aquainted with it. We loved the game so much, I even bought the "Gone Jackals" cd - the band Lucas Arts used for the game's soundtrack. One day i decided to see if a part II ever hit the shelves. Apparently Lucas Arts did make a Full Throttle II - but shelved it before it hit the market fearing the part II wouldnt live up to the originals standards. So i decided to go online and see if they made Full Throttle for pc's. Well, they did and they were being auctioned on Ebay:) I got a used copy and needless to say I love the game now as much as i did when my brothers and i got our first copy well over 10 years ago. :)
This old classic game is from the time when gameplay was as important as the graphics - not like today's 3D games with awesome graphics but no good storyline or gameplay! I bought it because I loved it 8 years ago when I first played it. I was very pleased to find that for me it is still as enjoyable to play it as it was 8 years ago. The puzzles in the game are easy to medium difficulty but they all make sense when you solve them. Some of the jokes our character Ben makes are really funny. The graphics are pretty good for a 10 year old game. With the free SCUMMVM virtual machine it can work perfectly on Windows XP. I recommend this game to everyone.
Full Throttle is a classic Lucasarts game. The graphics were well above it's time. The story is strong, the humor is witty, and the gameplay is rewarding. The only drawback is that the game is very short, but very sweet. If you love adventure games and don't have this gem, pick it up ASAP, you'll love it.
Cult classic at its best

This is such a fun game for the PC. I played it ten years ago and loved it. I'm playing it currently and love it just as much as then. A classic computer game.
