I ordered 2.7mil thick poly envelopes & they sent me what felt like their cheaper 2mil thick poly envelopes they have available in their store. They gave me some bogus excuse stating that they are thinner than the advertised size because of the materials they use to make them! They were also packaged HORRIBLY! They literally sent all 500 poly mailers in one large poly mailer, no other protection. And absolutely NO communication! Save the headache and buy elsewhere!

Good 3/16 bubble wrap - would buy again
Good bubblewrap. This is the stuff with the smaller bubbles, so bear that in mind in terms of what it is you plan to pack up. This would be good for smaller items but also mugs, plates, small statues, etc. I was glad to see that the the perforations were well done and with a small effort, it is easy to tear off a sheet cleanly. (Prior order from some other vendor, it was hard to tear cleanly and many sheets got mangled.) I would buy this again.Good bubblewrap. Never know what you will get!
Doesn't do any good really to write a review because Valuemailers constantly changes the quality of there products sometimes better sometimes worse. I ordered this same exact bubble wrap 3 differ times and each time was different quality. 1st time it was cheap, flimsy, easy to pop bubbles. 2nd time was far better quality but the bubble wrap smelled terrible. 3rd time its back to cheap, flimsy, easy to pop bubbles. Overall for the price its a decent value. Usually the perforations NEVER rip right where they should ...only the expense ones do...this was not the case here as EVERY perforated piece rips off smooth as silk and the bubbles are very hard to break they hold the test of heaviest items very well... I highly recommend this product and you just can't beat that price... you expect don't get what you pay for here folks...you get more! Thanks for making such a high quality product you have true integrity and a life long customer!
