Horrible service! Seller said the watch shipped, despite my 3 emails showing USPS tracking NEVER got the package. Seller blamed USPS , then finally said he'd resend if I don't get the package in 2 weeks (I was told max 1 week to get delivery). 4th email said "I can't wait, I need this for a trip" and asked him to cancel or ship overnight. No response; the 2nd watch came USPS Ground 3 weeks after my order AFTER I left. I bought the watch elsewhere that I got in 5 days, in time for my trip.

you get what you pay for
I got my regulator fairly quickly. But right out of the box the right gauge is inop the backing is not flush and in the description it right side gauge is not warrentied. I didnt get the free tubing that comes with regulater. I was looking for a fairly good regulator for my first plant tank. So we will see how long it will last

The Gauge that they don't guarantee, is because it's garbage. It was stuck on the wrong side, so it didn't work at all and the needle valve knob and stem were bent, it worked but not well at all, hard to turn and control. I bought it because of the names reputation. But that's not what I got. They did offer for me to return it, but in the process, I would've had plants die and that's the opposite of what I was doing. I bought this Milwaukee CO2 regulator very good product this is not my first regular that I bought I bought a two others before not so good I bought it because Milwaukee the name and I figured American made made in the US receive my today and it says made in Taiwan OMG But it's a good product I just hope I can find parts in case of a gauge goes bad I can replace it go to an ace in buying a gauge for it that's all it matters I would say. Received in fast. Box was damaged but the value was perfectly fine. It was nice to have the tube to go with it. ( Don't use air line tubing) when I'm ready to start up my next tank I will definitely be ordering another one
