Purchased for my 4 year old son, he loves it. Lots of levels and challenges, the ability to switch between characters during gameplay makes the fun go on. Have since purchased most of the characters as well as the other games. Characters can be used again in the newer games so it can grow and change. Highly recommended.

I know that you shipped me a used game, but make sure you put in the write sky landers for the starter pack. You didn’t put Gilgrunt back in the starter pack and now I have to buy him separately.

Bought this for my 8 yr old son. He loves the game and it is very cool that you can change characters just by adding & removing them from the portal. He completed the game quickly, but there is a good amount of replay with different characters and achievements. We had a problem with the wireless receiver on our first unit which makes the game unplayable (seems to not be uncommon), and Activision will not honor warranty unless you have a receipt, so keep that in mind when deciding where to buy this. Also keep in mind that the game comes with 3 characters, but that there are about 30 more that your kids will "NEED" at about $9 each. Still its a novel idea and I hope there are future expansions to make the investment more cost effective.
Our 4 yr old grandson is so hooked on this. We can't find the figures fast enough so he can go to another area of the game. We've hunted on the net, gone to all the local stores - Walmart, Target, Game Stop, etc. and have had a challenge finding the characters. He has us hooked on the game now. I've learned more through the blogs and sites than I ever expected to know. Have a list in my purse that I update everytime we get a new character. We love it. It is amazing that such a young child is so good with this game. (His grandfather bought the same starter pack for our house too.) Can't wait to find the rest of the characters. That's fun too. We spend quality time together and he gets so excited when we find one.
The game came ahead of schedule well packaged and works great! This was a gift for my son. He now has all games.
