I was looking for a mix=up in my workout and noticed that her crew from the Biggest Loses get results, so I decided to try one before I get any more. It definitely gets your heart pumping- that's for sure. She definitely has a straightforward approach to her exercises- no fancy moves to learn and not fumble through before using your effort to actually working up a sweat. From warm-up to cool down it is almost an hour- but do ot let that deter you. The actual cardio part is divided up into seven different section, so you can choose what you want to do for that day. I feel its definitely one to have in your collection.
Really like this dvd. I bought it after doing 30 Day Shred for over a month. It keeps the heart rate up and I'm usually dripping in sweat at the end, but it's very doable clear through. Maybe not if you're new to circuit training though. I did this dvd for a little over a month and started to plateau on my weight loss so I switched to Bob Harper's Kettlebell Cardio Shred and the weight started falling off again. I think I prefer doing circuit training exercises that use weights rather than ones that don't. But I still highly recommend Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, especially as something to alternate maybe every other day with a kettlebell workout or something involving weights.
The workout is only 45 minutes long. Wouldve liked it to be a little longer since its not very strenuous. BUT it would be perfect for someone just starting to get into the workout routine. All her moves are pretty easy but they still keep your heartrate up without wearing you down to where you would need to take a break. I decided to buy it because not only am i am huge fan of Jillian Michaels but im also a big fan of her 30 Day Shred video. I bought this because I was doing her level 3 2 times in a row a day off her 30 day shred vid and was getting bored with it. Plus it was a bit strenuous on my knees. BUY THIS for sure! Its worth it!
I love, love, love this workout video. I think I worked every muscle in my body. Jillian Michael’s kept it fresh and fun. This video makes me want to exercise.

Ok, so I am kind of amazed with this video. I have the 30 Day Shred and Yoga of her's, but this one takes it to another level. It is a killer workout, and she makes you want to bust through all 7 circuits and not quit, which is a great feeling of accomplishment after the 50 minutes are over. You feel like you achieved a lot after doing this, are sweating, panting, and feel a real sense of calm too because you've got your endorphins going and your body is very heated. The next day I am always starving when I wake up, which is a sure sign of my metabolism really working well. I love this video, and even got one for a good friend of mine recently who loved it too! You will NOT be disapointed. I encourage people to not quit, but to do the whole work out. You will feel awesome!
