With some research online and some tweaks in the Computer and TV Resolution settings this TV is the best Sony TV to use as a computer monitor while also having an awesome smart TV. It is a cost effective way to get 4K resolution at 60 HZ. You have to have a HDMI out on your computer or an adapter to HDMI 2.0. I used the Plugable Thunderport to HDMI 2.0 adapter on a Dell XPS 9550 with the I7 chipset. The future is here.

I had an old first generation flat screen (off brand) this was like night and day. So far with the cable and especially home theatre with Blu-ray it was stunning. set up a bit tough but I was setting up all equipment so to be expected. Great TV.

Am very satisfied with my Sony 4k. Watched the Olympics and all as or exceeded my expectations. Direct TV has some minor glitches in the 4K system, but none are limiting. I had (3) 3d receivers. The 3D services have been relegated to pay for view movies. I watched the 3D broadcast regularly when Uverse and later Direct TB broadcast them. They were better than 4K by a large Quantum. I replaced my Samsung 3D with this Sony 4K and it is better on 4K broadcasts than the Samsung which was not 4K but was a 3D 1080 p. Jim

It was an open-box item but all parts were included and there was no damage...just like one costing $200 more.

I spent over a year looking for the perfect TV for bedroom. "Refresh rate" was my primary concern, I wanted at least 120hz. This tv exceeds my expectations.
