I have many hatchets, all of which I enjoy. I do reviews based mostly vrs cost. The cost on this hatchet is as low as you can find and have it be worth buying. This is a crisp, simple and well balanced hatchet. It is not over done adn the cording is taunt. I was able to put a better than average edge on it in just few minutes. It's still on my desk, so as to how it performs, I don't know, but my guess as balanced as it is, I am confident for even double the money I will be satisfied.I have many hatchets, all of which I enjoy. Sharp! Looks and the blade. What a beauty.
Just what I was looking for. I really like the feel of this in my hand. It's weighted very nicely. It looks better than the picture. Great collectors piece or put it next to the seat in your car for protection. Thats where this one is going. I will add pictures later

It’s MTECH baby!!!
I am tech does not make bad items or at least not often I own a lot of M Tech blades and this is one of my favorites easily hidden, easy to pull & easy to use especially when your trained. I only made one modification and that was putting rubber grip tape over the lanyard string. Nothing should be wrapped in string. Still five stars
