Received keys in the mail and it finally dawned on me that the key looked awfully familiar. It has the same cut as my riding lawnmower key, just a different logo. Not too big a problem but my riding lawn mower is a Husqvarna not a John Deere. Turns out that the ignition switch on my $20,000 tractor is the same as my $1800 lawn mower and that the keys are universal fit for not only John Deere but many other brands. You would think that John Deere could, seeing that their tractors cost as much as a car. come up with a more secure ignition key. Still love my John Deere tractor that I just purchased.
