the batteries were of the exact physical size as the original. replacement into toothbrush was done as illustrated in the you tube video. the hardest part of the replacement is splitting the outer case of the toothbrush apart. you need patience when doing this. just take your time and it can be done. the next hardest part is the actual removal of the bad batteries. i found it easiest to remove the plastic covering of the bad batteries as much as possible. you can then pry the old battery out of its remaining plastic covering which will still be glued/epoxied to the plastic case of the toothbrush. after this is accomplished be sure to do a test fit of the batteries into the area where it is to be mounted. do this before soldering them into place on the circuit board. the rest of the repair procedure is straight forward. i also charged the toothbrush and tried it out before gluing the 2 halves together. better safe than sorry. i had forgotten how strong the original toothbrush was until trying it out with new batteries.Read full review
