This is an incredible book full of common sense and information on how to improve ones health. A wide spectrum of health issues are covered and how to improve the sutuation. The writing style is enjpyable and easy to comprehend. To improve health we have to discern what we eat and maintain a standard (baseline) of good healthy living including exercise and taking the right suppliments. To achieve this a series of annual (or in serious cases bi anual) detoxes can be undertaken firstly with the intestinal tract and colon, then a gall stone breakup / flush and finally a kidney liver detox flush. This will drastically improve health if instructions are strictly followed. Once good health is optimised it must be maintained at this baseline which is above the level of serios illness. The book is so full of wisdom and practical steps in living in good health to a ripe old age. One could read it many tomes over and still learn much that was missed earlier.Read full review
