I read the instructions completely before operating. Set my air compressor at 90psi to get the most power as I was gonna install 18 gauge 2" brad nails. Which this unit uses from 3/8" to 2' nails. Hooked air line to tool. Installed Dewalt 18 gauge 2" Brad nails. It shot 3 nails and jammed. Reread instructions as to fix jam. Fixed jam. Put back together hooked up air line installed nails shot 2 nails and Jammed. Repeated this process a couple more times before I boxed it back up to return. When I purchase a tool I count on it working. I lost on this one.

Obviously dubious about the price. Well, this little gun has enough power to drive the 18g 2" nails into all the wood I needed it too. Including hard wood. Shot through over 1000 nails so far. Here's the kicker. NOT ONE JAM. I kept hearing people say cheap guns jam. Not this one. Just put a drop of oil in after every time you use it and shoots like a Boss. :) I used it with a "California Air Tools inc" made super quiet compressor that I had to turn down to 90psi for best results. Normally runs at 125psi. Don't run the gun at maximum pressure when there is no need to. Find the minimum pressure required to drive the nail into the wood that you are using and that will make it last longer. Read that in the instructions. I know most don't read them so there it is. lol. For around the house a Good Buy.Read full review

Haven't used it much yet but seems well built and put a 1 1/2 brad through a piece of panel easily.
