The vanilla pods are very dry. The aroma is present, but due to the dryness of the pods, it is also not very active. Defects: they are really dry, there is no oiliness in the pods, there is damage to the pods themselves. It can only be used for extraction from pods. I expected the pods to be of good quality, but, alas, I am disappointed. So far I have opened only one package - where are the most damaged pods, and used them to prepare vanilla extract on vodka, I still do not know what quality it will be, I need to wait 2 months. To improve the quality and concentration of the extract, I had to use the entire package (10 pods) per 250 ml. Although usually for such a volume of vodka I use only 3-5 pods of good quality vanilla.

I have purchased Madagascar vanilla beans from Sri Lanka in the past and have not been disappointed. The beans are moist but not too moist. Baking vanilla doesn’t require grade A pods however I really think these B labeled pods come close. I give a lot of my vanilla as gifts and I know my friends love it! This batch was started Jan 24, 2019 and today is March 7, 2019. The average I let my vanilla mature is a year, least amount is 8 months. Look how rich this batch is in just this small amount of time! Will be purchasing again! If interested, my recipe is: 10 grade B vanilla pods, at least 5-6” in length, split by hand 64oz vodka, any kind I place split bean pods and vodka into half gallon mason jar with lid, do not seal or “can”. this process needs good ole fashioned O2. label, let sit 8-12 months. Keep in low moisture, cool dark area, like a pantry and shake a few times a week until matured. To give as a gift, I put into 2 or 4oz amber (brown) bottles with black screw lid and a 2-3” piece of vanilla pod inside or tied outside of the bottle with a country note: 100% homemade vanilla. This is a double strength vanilla. It can be diluted however I love the rich flavor of Madagascar beans and I do not. Cheers!Read full review

I find little difference between A and B class Vanilla pods apart from size and cost. These pods have a beautifully strong Vanilla fragrance and are of fantastic quality. I'm very happy with these I will purchase again from this Company

First time I've ordered vanilla beans. They took a little over a month to arrive so order them in advance in case you need them sooner than later. They are extremely well packaged. I am using them to make vanilla extract which is why I ordered grade B so my understanding is that they are expected to be drier than grade A vanilla beans. I haven't used them yet but I am really impressed with the packaging. Vaccuum sealed, clearly labelled and they look like a great product. I will review again after I make the vanilla extract.
