Item was as listed. However, I had difficulty getting it to synch, despite multiple attempts, so I assumed was defective. Seller offered a refund, no problem, with free shipping back. But they also offered suggestions on how to get it to pair, which worked! Turned out the problem was operator error on my part. It was ME that was the defective part! :-))

Might sound weird, but they sent me a better supply than I had thought and wanted. Refurbishing my old Windows ME computer, and needed a power supply. Ordered what I thought was something similar to what was in it. Got a brand new modern style with very updated connectors. Power supply had just enough to get the old computer working, so mission accomplished. Never been more disappointed to get something so much better than I was expecting. Great experience.
