Bottom line, it works. The accuracy on the actual battery discharge voltage thresholds are probably a little questionable, so make sure you use a proper balance charger and wire your battery packs approproately. The short circuit protection also works, but not reliably. I doubt there is any reverse polarity protection either, so make sure not to hook up your battery input or load backwards or you might get some magic smoke. This needs a 12.6v signal to activate, so it has to be connected to your charger to work properly. Otherwise, no complaints. It's cheap, pulls the plug when it detects a low voltage, keeps cells balanced properly, and protects from over temperature (built into the board only...it does not monitor cell temperature).

Works great. I was able to use it with the 4-cell 18650 holders I bought and make a 12-volt power pack that has good cell protection, charging and discharging. Would recommend to anyone needing 12 volts in a compact box.
