Promt delivery. Even a day before estimated. Beautiful plant and extremely well packaged. He had the plant attached to the inside of the box with tape so it wouldn’t move around and break. He had the plant’s roots in a plastic little bag and inside the plastic little bag he had a special paper with water and special soil so that it would arrive unaffected by heat. Received items that were dead! I have pictures and videos that I sent. At first, prior to shipment, seller was very communicative. Once I received shipment I hear no response. Animals were dead and in such a weak state they were unhealthy, emaciated and so small and thin you couldn’t tell what you had.
This is one of those cases where if you saw it in the store there is NO WAY ON THIS EARTH YOU WOULD HAVE BOUGHT IT AND THIS GUY SENDS IT TO YOUR DOOR THEN DOESN’T RESPOND. Chargeback!
