    This tripod has all the normal features... But heavy duty it is not... About the only metal on it are the legs... Yes it would be a nice tripod for a beginner doing still shots... Shipping took a bit to get out the door...

    Look for a SLR camera tripod? You found it

    My camera came with a tripod. It's a real "TOY" compared to the ZOMEI Q111. This one will extent to a better height for my use and doesn't wobble or shake. I recommend it highly. An afterthought, the quick-release latch to release the camera from the tripod is a really nice addition.
