Returning because false advertisement! The item does not look like the picture. The Rack doesn't have the loop, it has a post which doesn't show in the picture. And the wheels are damaged; also the paint is rough not smooth! False advertisement! Demand a refund!

The listing's true & accurate to the description. It states: ''This used Lower Rack is in very good condition. Note: This Rack may or may not come with the rollers We may ship a rack w/ vertical, not curved tines; doesn't effect performance'' So according to the listing, the racks may or may not come with rollers. Also, the rack may have straight or curved dish holders; the bent piece can be easily bent back. Sounds like you're having buyer's remorse; wanting a new dw now? Let's be reasonable.

Thank you for your response to the bent arms. I’m not sure shipping can be blamed because the legs bent were on opposite sides and in the middle of rack so unlikely it was shipper. However, better packing would have alleviated that if it was. I increased your rating based on you responding to me and in a friendly manner.
