I was looking for an inexpensive smart band with a heart tracker. I read many reviews and watched tons of videos and settled on this watch. Although it can monitor your heart rate for 24 hours, it was not designed for that and requires recharge in between the 24 hours. What I love about the watch. It is very sturdy, responsive to my touch and the heart rate monitor is accurate when compared to my finger monitor. I usually wear it a bit loose on my wrist and when I need to track my heart rate for training I simply pull it up an inch or so away from my wrist and start the tracker. I like the graph you can see on the Mio app. The sleep monitor function is fun and seems to work but later becomes a little less important. More like a neat gimmick. I track most of my day to day stuff on my phones health app (S Health) and my fitness workouts and heart monitoring on the Mio app. This ran me about Sixty eight bucks. I noticed there are several cheaper smart bands directly from china. I say this is the better item for accurate heart rate. Thanks.Read full review

This device is designed to work with the miogo app which is supposed to record your data. The device itself accurately registers your heartrate and the app seems to record your daily activities. When it comes to workouts, however, you apparently choose the kind of workout after finishing it. The app, however, crashes after I end every workout and won't reopen, so I can't access the results of the workout or enter what kind of workout it is. Now, there must be a fix for this, but customer support still has not responded to multiple reports and I was on hold for forty minutes before giving up. You need to be able to figure this thing out for yourself and not expect any technical support

Works pretty well, but it can be somewhat quirky to sync with your phone to review the workout. Really wish it had an OFF button so it wouldn't keep tracking activity on days it isn't being used. That just causes more days you have to clear from the memory when you sync it. Pretty easy to get started up if all you want is just a readout of heart rate and time spent on a workout. Mileage tracking without syncing to a GPS is a little off, but you could probably play with the personal settings to fine tune it. Overall works pretty well and is very unobtrusive.

I did extensive internet research before selecting the Mio Fuse. For an activity tracker with Heart Rate Monitoring, it is one of the cheapest options. However, it generally gets good reviews for its accuracy in HRM, which is important for me. I am able to connect it to other apps (e.g. Pulsometer RR) on my Android smart phone so that the HRM readout appears on the phone screen, which is much easier for me to read (without my reading glasses) than on the Fuse itself. I've only tried the Sleep Tracking function once so far, and am not at all convinced about its accuracy- but I suspect Sleep Tracking itself is not easy to record by any device, so as a general indicator it may be OK. Other functions on the Fuse seem to work OK. My biggest complaint, which is why I only give it 4 stars instead of 5, is that the strap is difficult to secure with the trailing edge beyond the buckle needing to be pushed into the main part of the strap underneath it with the two dome-like protrusions that go into the holes in the strap. I always have considerable difficulty with this, and it's something Mio should look at seriously and come up with a better solution . The more normal watch strap type set-up with a loop that you simply push the excess strap through would be far more convenient.Read full review

I like this device because it costs me new just $68 at eBay and I can use it for swimming in a pool. Good quality and comfortable device. Waiting for Mio Fuse 2, hope it will be even better.
