Item arrived on time. The package was advertised as containing two bows but only one was in the case. I contacted zt100 and they promptly sent out the extra bow. The product is OK but the pegs are slipping so it will not stay in tune. I looked up this issue on the internet and it is common with many string instruments with pegs. I ordered peg compound and will try to correct the situation this weekend. Otherwise it is a good start for my grandson who loves the violin and classical music.
