Good quality, omni directional, great for it's intended uses. I am using it for making .wav clips for computer controller equipment. It would work great for games or vlogging as well. Fully omni and not stereo, it's niche is the computer. While it could be used in small PA situation with a quiet audience, a cardoid would be a better choice. It's plug and play (1/8" - 3), has a 3pin cannon jack in the base and has a level dial on the side. The sensitivity is good for reasonably quiet spaces and it works well with Audacity (use in 'mono' mode). Construction is better than expected, while mostly plastic and lightweight, it has a nice stainless steel screen and feels better than a plastic mic should. The included stand is pretty tippy, but works ok in pinch. Fortunately with standard body dimensions and the integral cannon jack, this Mic will fit most standard holders. I rated this product extremely low, but it may only be for the purposes I got the mic for. I purchased it to record my voice, for my music. Sadly the quality of recording is extremely poor, even worse than that it picks up every single sound in the room. Even the music that comes out of the headphones while recording. Not only that, the cord that lets you plug the mic and the headphones in is of very poor quality as well. The sound in the headphones cuts in and out. The mic itself even feels cheap. I would recommend purchasing a mic that is a lot more expensive because you get what you pay for. This product is junk.

For the price it is a very good microphone, much better than any built into webcams or laptops. It is not a professional microphone but for the casual user the sound quality in zoom is really clear. It is very light and easy to topple over. On older computers It works better if you bypass the noisy sound card with a usb adapter, on newer computers it makes no difference which is used.
