We had a 1950s chair frame which was slightly too big for Patricks cover, we discovered the frame perhaps was irregular not sure but Patrick was very quick and responsive to the problem and refunded us quickly. Plus he made very kind offers to send us a new frame. I recommend this company even though it didnt work out for us.

Yes, it is a negative experience despite the fast shipment and the very good seller's communication.In fact, items are well as shown on eBay pictures ... just that the overall quality is far below my expectations ... and unfortunately, as I had to pay 50 % duties and taxes to collect the parcel, no way to return it ! I tried to sell it locally at cost price and got a buyer ... he called me half an hour after collecting to cancel the deal : quality not as expected by his wife !! That's it !!
