I ordered 4 rosewood knobs at $20.00 for two sets of 2....I put 3 on my parts Stratocaster and they looked good on it though raised up too high for my taste. So when the three gold skirted knobs arrived I was hesitant to put these on my axe but as I looked at these versus the wooden the gold skirted ones looked even better on that guitar which matches the tortoise shell guard, the Guitarfetish trans orange ash body finish and the darker orange-ish brown of the Warmoth roasted maple neck and fingerboard. I put the $20.00 wooden knobs on my $175.00 Epi Les Paul studio LT.....The gold skirted knobs I ordered were under $3.00 and made the final appearance special....I can live with how it all worked out....
