The shipping with FedEx was problematic but the seller worked with me, got the bike back and sent it ups. The seller could have given up and told me it wasn't their problem... One of my best experiences on Ebay, would definitely buy from them again!
The rack is described as "not suitable for suspension forks" and that is true unless you are prepared to do some serious modification. I use it on a rigid 700C / 27" fork with cantilever brakes and it works fine.
Shipping time was fast, only a few days.
