Listing said item would ship via priority mail. Then seller sent it via USPS ground instead of priority mail as advertised. This decision made the package arrive 2 days after Christmas and caused us to have to reship the package, at our own cost, to the intended recipient, as they were only here at Christmas. We contacted seller about their lying about shipping method and the additional cost incurred by us, and they said if we weren't happy just return it. Made no effort to fix. Bad seller!

Customer purchased item 12/17(Sun) w/ 3 business day handling. 5 business days before Christmas. Mon 6 AM they email demanding item be shipped immediately. Informed them of 3 day handling time, we were printing label and packing for Tues daily pick-up which only leaves 4 days for delivery from CA to IN. Buyer has UNREALISTIC expectation and waiting until last minute is not sellers problem. Next year try ordering early instead.
