1) Nowhere does it say you need a common ground with your Arduino, but you DO. This had me stumped for 6 hours. You will NOT receive a signal without one. 2) I used the CH-926 PDF Manual I found online to program this. It's a very clear English manual, compared to the one included. 3) It sends 30 ms pulses (you decide how many) for signals. So, you CAN program 25 pulses for a Quarter, 10 for a Dime, etc, but you still need to know how to count the pulses which isn't that difficult of coding, but still not for beginners. 4) Overall, it works well for now. Many reviews say it stops working with time, and only time will tell.
