Pricing was great. Shipping took a while but response time to my question about shipping was quick. The jewelry box was a bit damaged and the box and plastic bags the earrings came in, had a very strong smell. Had to air the box, plastic bags and earrings out for a few days to get rid if the smell. Overall, it was an ok experience.
