This is the first mini bipod of this design I have owned though I own a good number of tall Harris bipods that use the same design on the leg extensions. For 17 bucks shipped this is hard to beat. I am not using the stud to picatinny adapter though in looking it over, it looks as though it would function as needed. Top pivot point functions easily by pushing the lock buttons down slightly then swinging the legs to the straight or 90 degree position where it locks in as well. Lower adjustment is same design that Harris uses on products. This model provides just short of 3/4" of extension so at best it could be used to level the rifle if placed on a slightly non level surface. Rubber feet are dense and "Grippy" so should work well my use. If just rating on build quality and function I would give it 4 stars. The fact that it cost the same as just the stud to picatinny adapter would cost under the Harris brand, that value shoots it to 5 stars in my book. Read full review

I absolutely do not like bipods with springs, or tall ones. Found this for under $20 and gave it a shot. Attached easy to my 10/22. I added my own swivel stud and attached this to it. Seems sturdy and level. I do not care for the 1" extensions but you can see int he picture how little difference it makes. The legs only have 2 positions, straight down or packed up but thats all I need for target shooting. So far it feels pretty well built so I ended up buying 2 more of them.

Pretty straightforward design and function, and installation was quick and easy. Legs pull-extend smoothly and snap-retract easily with a push of the lever. The unit is solid, and the legs feel quite secure in up or down position. It's mounted on a Savage A22 FV-SR .22lr so, naturally, recoil is not an issue. Basically, the legs extend for minor adjustment in leveling or a slight rise of both...and it's just what I wanted.

Solid build. When mounted the it was not level. Expected that for the price but was an easy fix. The legs are adjustable and can be set to any level you need. Just simply pull one leg out a little to level as you want and then lock it down with the tightening wheel. Holds well from what I can tell so far. Cant beat the price.

This is second Coop unit I get. Sturdy solid and versatile. Got one in my ar15 20 " and my ruger american 22lr. Perfect fit all the way. There are less quality units that cost twice as much. Best budget bipod.
