Skrim arrives well packed, quickly. Small package. (i'm in Canada, shipping from US was a bit hefty($$) for the size...but i guess it's a general price, got a bigger, fragile item last week and pretty much the same price for shipping) Love the fact that it comes with a carry bag, since it is white, keep it clean! Looks pro. Good little fabrication reinforcement details on the extremities let me know that it not "fast-made/fast-sold/fast-used" gonna last. If i need to buy another, i will buy exactly the same. Super fast shipping, great product
Not sure how they came up with the top part design, where the speaker meets the stand. The scrim doesn't work to place it over the top of the stand, meaning that if I do this with my Frankenstands, my QSC k12's won't fit over the scrim. I have to loop the scrim material over a bolt on the side of the stand, at the top. Luckily that bolt is there or I would really have to rig it. Not sure if this is how it is meant to be, or what other stands are like. These things don't come with instructions. Good for the price.
I think skrims are corny as hell but a production company I work for required me to use these. So since I was forced to use them I purchased them. They worked great. Becomes a disco Teepee with uplighting. Holes cut for wiring. I liked them a lot more than I didn't want to.
