I tried giving "feedback" to this seller, called NUMEROUS times to their "support" line left several voice mails, sent several emails got ONE email from them requesting model of item I need replaced and have had no further contact from this seller. I do not understand why NO ONE is answering ANY phone extensions or answering email requests with follow up.
