Sorry, but unfortunately the courier didn't find me home and didn't leave (apparently) any receipt to let me know that the parcel would be taken to a Post Office. Therefore, the deposit expired and I couldn't retrieve the parcel before it was sent back. It's my fault, so I consider this a positive experience. Best, Marco
