I've had one of these before that I bought at Walgreens on a whim and I came to really appreciate it...as sometimes you just need to get a turft of dog hair or other little things and you don't want to pull out the plug in sweeper. Unfortunately, the bottom trap door broke at the latch and I wasn't able to fix it...so I went back to Walgreens and sadly they no longer have it available...so I thought 'I bet ebay will have it...and for around ten bucks like I found it before' and they did! I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to press down as hard with this new one, especially considering I have impingements in both shoulders...the other one I really had to press down and it would aggravate my shoulders a little bit (never needed to use it for long, so it wasn't THAT bad), but this one is much easier to glide with barely any pressure needed. I'm a huge fan of these... especially during shedding season as it's a quick way to pick up animal fur etc. I definitely recommend this to person's with disabilities like myself because it's so easy to use, especially if this new easy to press down phenomenon is for all of THESE models. Of course it will definitely work for able bodied people too and it's easier than a broom and dustpan!Read full review

I love the hurricane mop. I was hoping the hurricane broom would be of the same quality but it's not. I am wheelchair-bound and I was hoping this broom would work for me but you have to apply some pressure. It doesn't clean the floor like the commercial states. I still have dog hair all over my hardwood floor after pushing this room through. It does pick up items like dog food/cat food, so the broom will get some use but I am disappointed in it. For what it actually does the price is rather high.

I saw the ad on tv and it got to the part where it picks up pet hair and I was sold. Could not wait to get it. Thought it would be better than my electric broom...boy was I wrong. It only works going forward (not back and forth)...I have to push down on it in order for it to pick up stuff. I have used it now for a week and the dirt compartment is not even full (and I have 7 animals). I went back to my electric broom.

Piece of S***T. Manufacturer apparently has little control over product quality. Revolving bristles will not even "spin" up a dust bunny much less do any real work. Avoid this ant any cost. A Fuller brush product should be of greater quality. Their "Spin-Mop" however is a valuable tool that should be considered by everyone. Little room for failure when dragging wound fabric strings over a surface. A tried and true method for centuries.

Embarrassed that I fell for this item. A regular broom would work better. Barely picks up anything. Yes, it's lightweight,----so lightweight that it can not do what it has said it would do! Way, way too much for such a poor item!
