You can precisely set the virtual ground in between a positive voltage and the input DC's actual ground bodies twisting the potentiometer. I operate my op amps at positive and negative 12 volts. So I set my DC power supply 24 volts and I set the 24 volts to the input positive note of this device and the ground in but negative note of this device and I twist the potentiometer until the output positive node is exactly in between the positive voltage and the DC ground at the input so that I'm now using the Perpetual ground is zero and I am using my multimeter to ensure that the voltage difference between ground and the positive and negative supplies is exactly equal just by twisting the potentiometer. This thing is amazing!
