Pas de réponse suite à ma demande dans le commentaire à l'achat, pas non plus de suivi pour la livraison : heureusement ma femme était présente pour la réception. Arrivée sur palette en mauvais état et carton enfoncé mais matériel indemne et apparement complet.

Pendant le transport, le carton peut être endommagé, mais la machine à l'intérieur est emballée de manière à éviter tout dommage. Tondeuse achetée le 12 mai, reçue le 18 mai. Je vous souhaite un bon travail avec votre nouvelle tondeuse, je reste à votre disposition.
