I would like replacement cartridges because I am out the money with nothing to show for it.
The 2 black cartridges won't work. One of them smudges and the other one won't print at all. I haven't tried the colored one yet. Hopefully that one is ok. usually don't have a problem, but this time not happy. I buy them usually every month and I know I am going to get a bad one every now and then but, this time I got both of them and had to run to the store to get a replacement.

Good option
I installed it and got an error that is wasn't compatible right away. It didn't come with instructions or tips, but I googled and saw that cleaning the contacts with microfiber and restart the printer. I restarted and it worked right away. Try that if it doesn't work out of the package.

After installing the cartridges, my printer tells me they are only about half full. I don’t know if that is correct so will wait to see how long they last.
