I believe AdderRx works. It produces moderate coffee-like effect and concentration becomes easier for the rest of the day. I have Asperger and ADD and often waste days because I keep procrastinating and getting distracted. AdderRx helped quite a bit. A single tablet at morning often results in well-spent, productive day. On some occasions, it didn't help and the day was still wasted. This typically happened when using it frequently, like couple days in a row. So it is best to use it in moderation. I really had high expectations for this product. It appears that this is just a bunch of powders no no real "active" ingredients. Took one pill, no affect. Took two pills, no affect. Took three pills, still no affect. This company has a great hustle. Use the name of another companies product, (Hit-Tech Pharmacuticals' Adderex) market it as the same thing, then give them capsules full of nothing. They had the nerve to send me a review request and suggest other products. $35 for a Pill bottle of dust. Must admit...you got me good.I really had high expectations for this product. Shocked.
This stuff works for me. But I feel rather emotion when coming off of it. But surprisingly keeps me awake like an energy drink but alert and focused like Adderall. Surprised it isn't regulated by the pharmaceutical companies....or maybe it is? I hope it's not a placebo and I'm just a fool. Haha Worth a try for anyone.

A little disappointed
The product didn't work as well as I had hoped for. I had also bought it to help increase my energy as well. That was very disappointing. I will say that it does help some cognitively, but not as well as other products I've tried.
