Worked very well with any laptop or desktop I plugged it in to. I bought this for my Tutlebeach X12 headset because my laptop doesn't have a microphone input and I am finally able to use my headset fully. I ended up buying a second one for a friend whose 3.5mm audio out plugin was damaged and it worked like a charm for him too on an older high end gaming pc. Highly recommend this product for anyone who has any problems with input/output.

I was so happy when I finally got it. I have an Alienware Alpha I7 so I needed the USB Audio Adapter. But when I used it, nobody could hear me. At first I was like, "Maybe its my mic.". So I tested it on my other PC but without the audio adapter, and I could hear myself. But with the Audio Adapter, I could barely hear myself. It was like I was in another room! I do not suggest buying this. Sure it looks cool but its not always about how good it looks, its about how good it works.

That's about it. Takes about 2 months to ship, does not allow virtual surround sound to work, constant ringing in the background, and low build price. Would just recommend for you to spend 5-10$ extra to have a high quality audio jack to USB port that ships at 1/10th the total time this took.

I have usb sound card that looks exactly same but its 100x better quality. This soundcard lacks bass. Its cheap and for average Joe, this is OK. But if you know better quality, if your standard is a little higher(than these peasantsjoin the master race) as it should be, this sound card will be waste of your money and ultimately useless. Even if you use windows sound effects and you "boost bass" this will still be as bad as they come. Again, for this price its ok but its just waste of money.

This little piece of electronics solved my problems I had trying to get my headphones with mic working properly and it does not affect my other sound cards. With Windows 10 I simply select which sound card I want to use. I already purchased a 2nd one as a spare.
