After more than a decade of using Refresh Tears dry eye liquid I switched ti Visine when it became available under my over-the-counter Rx insurance. I find the Visine more soothing and cooling, with about the same number of hours between need to apply (4-6 in daytime). It is a little harder to control the Visine droplet size and the Visine vial doesn't stay upright as well due its height and bottom geometry.

The product is good based on my previous experience. But this time it was replaced with different one with completely different ingredients. The company didn't ask me if I agree with the replacement. I believe it is not appropriate because I wanted that specific product. I had to return it.

Exactly as described, with extra bonus. Late 2020 expiration dates. Would buy again

There are too many different eye drops for too many reasons to use one type of eye drops. BUT, if your eyes are just dry this drop replaces the tears. And I can still see the same. But these drops will not help everyone. Just if your eyes are constantly dry. I use them because I read a computer and android often and my eyes dry out.
