This is a super nice tool to have. It's easy to store in the dash my truck and then when a friend needs me to check the codes I can whip it out, hook it up, and be done in a matter of minutes. I don't have to run to the closest auto store when I need something to scan a vehicle with . I've used it a handful of times already and I have never had any issues with it. I combine this with the paid version of the android Torque app, which is less than $5, but they also offer a free one, which I have not tried. All in all I recommend this to a lot of friends for them to have in hand in the event their check engine light comes on.
