3D printing takes some getting use to. Objects that you print can take hours if not days to print, There is a great group of people on face book willing to help you out, and with their help I was printing with in a few hours of receiving mine. Mine arrived with the front door hinges broken, and with in 5 days QIDI had sent me a new door assembly. QIDI usually answers emails with in 24 hours, and there does not seem to be the language barrier you have with other over seas companies. I like that I can print in 2 colors at the same time, or have 2 different types of materials loaded at the same time. I do not find the printer overly noisy, although you will not want to sleep with it in the same room. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Now the title may sound a little off considering that the Makerbot and Ultimaker have so many bells and whistles. But when you take into consideration the time that those machines have been around and have evolved, combine that with the price those machines have and will always be, and you take that and compare it to this new X-Pro, and it is an obvious choice on which one to purchase. The thing that really separates this brand from any other in which I have dealt with, is hands down the customer service. The other printer they make the Tech 1 was the first printer I had ever purchased for my personal use, and I couldnt of been any happier, so I thought! Then this new X-Pro came out about 6 months after I purchased my Tech 1 and I was able to work it into my Companies finances and let me tell you, WOW. I am blown away by how amazing this new machine really is. The magnetic build plate is something that most machines under 1500 do not come with by it self that is a good enough reason to chose this machine. The dual extrusion doesnt come on any machine for under 1000 that it self should be a good enough reason to purchase this machine. The touch screen user interface again doesnt come on any machine under 1500, I can go on and on and on about why this machine is hands down the best machine you can buy . But I would rather go and have fun printing and making things with mine! So long story short I hope that you make a solid choice and get a machine that has everything you could possibly want, and while doing that I hope you dont spend your childrens college funds doing it. $599.99?? You can not beat that, make a smart decision and get this bad boy!!! You wont regret it! - Chris (cjsatuforc) gmailRead full review

From set up time (about half an hour) to first print and beyond this is a great printer. Leveling is manual but easy. The Qidi software is easy to learn of your familiar with Cura. Overall happy as heck with this printer.

Really happy with this. Set your firmware type to "Makerbot" and your extrusion multiplier to 1.11, and you'll be good to go checking your other settings off. Make sure you measure your nozzle offsets for Extruder 1 and 2, though! Due to the PTFE hot end parts, I don't recommend printing hotter than 230C.
