These wireless headphones are great value. For this price, I was expecting tinny bass and decent vocals. But I am glad to say that I was mistaken. The bass is awesome and music sounds very nice on it. Calls are pretty good but they are best for music.

I bought 2 Xiaomi Redmi AirDots when it came out in 2018. They were perfect and great value. During a trip I lost 1 pair so I order more. Here is the trouble. When I received them (I bought 2 pairs again), the boxes are all beated up as they were all squashed in a padded envelope. Then when I tried connecting them to my phone, the left earbud kept disconnecting. I searched the web and found a way to reset them (both sides). But still the left earbud kept disconnecting. So I tried another pair. Although this time the left earbud kept the connection in the beginning, it kept making a humming noise. To test them out to make sure it is not my phone, I tried them on different phone, a tablet, and a PC, they all experience the same problems. Then I checked the box and it says they are the "Basic" version but with the same model number I got in 2018. I also notice the quality on the charging box is so bad that the fittings are not tight like my old ones. One of the buds never sit right in the slot. Cheaply made. Don't really fit comfortably in the ear either. The quality of the music is extremely horrible. Sounds like the song is coming from a tin can. Even my wired earphones sound 100x better than these. I'd rather sacrifice the convenience for the sound quality. Battery life isn't great either in cold weather. Plus, when it came it looked like they were used because there was residue on the earbud tips.

I’ve heard a lot of good things about the AirDots but I needed to try them out for myself to agree with other reviewers- they are worth every penny! They are very bass-heavy, but this is exactly what I needed, perfect for EDM and R&B. They may not have the most accurate sound profile unequalized, but very enjoyable for everyday use, workouts, etc.
