Laptop mostly arrived as advertised. The serial port metal shroud was bent and this was not conveyed in the seller's listing that showed the port being in good condition and free from damage. That said, the laptop is in good working order after replacing the bios and laptop batteries. Price was good, shipping was incredibly fast, and the item was very well packed.
