As with ALL Cisco branded equipment, they are expensive to buy, and if you want to keep them updated, they are expensive to maintain the Service Contract required for you to download updated firmware. These APs are very robust and well-built. There are many functions available, that I do not use. My usage is very basic. I use a single AP with a directional antenna, specifically for sporting events for the officials to send their gradings/placings. We originally used high end "domestic" or "small business" grade equipment. There were limitations on the coverage, and interference was an issue. These Cisco units rarely (if ever) suffer from those issues. We rely on them for National Championships, and International events. Are they "Good Value"?? When I consider the money spent on lower grade APs, before changing to these, then I would have to say YES. "You get what you pay for!"Read full review
