Greatness!
For me Tim Daly will always be the animated voice for Superman. Period. But this was probably the best DC animated movie I've seen. Great story. Great art. Great job done by the actors. A true must own for any DC fan!!!!

One star it’s a lot better then the last death of Superman. Personally, this movie doesn’t own up. Have these people read the book??? Personally I don’t think so. I felt like I been ripped off. This whole movie just rewrite with lane back stories. Unless you never read the books. Then it’s probably enough enjoyable. But back story still sucks. They will never make or a temp the original death of Superman with original back stories. Don’t bother unless you get this for $5.00 and that’s pushing it.One star it’s a lot better then the last death of Superman. Personally, this movie doesn’t own up. Have these people read the book??? There are 3 ways to grade this film. 1: It is not a faithful adaptation to the book in every literal sense, but 2: it is closer than the 2007 Warner Premier release Superman Doomsday, which was Great in its own right as well. Both this and the Doomsday film are both worth purchasing so don't sweat that. 3: The movie as a stand alone is a solid 4.5 stars grading the overall tone and viewing experience of this 80 min feature. The script is well done and feels like a comic. The action in this film is the REAL HERO here. It's not just dumb action like the PAST 4 years of DC animated films have been, (unfortunately). T.D.O.S. delivers some heart, which is much needed for fans such as myself who were on the verge of giving up buying these films. The savior is the Great animated action which is ... It is only forgiven for the massive intensity of the fight sequences and the moving mechanical animated styling and pace. the voice acting is not my favorite per say, but not terrible, (except Luthor which is!) The tone and pace are A+. Superman feels the best he has been since All-Star Superman or Superman vs the ELITE (2 Massive Heavy Hitters held in the Pantheon of Great DC features). Just trust me and Buy this one! with the negatives, it's still well worth having in the collection; Superman/DC/Anime Fan or NOT!

The Death Of Superman
This should have been the live action Superman Doomsday movie we deserve, the people who make these fantastic animated films need to make the live action movies, well some of them. I really enjoyed this movie you finally get the Superman Doomsday movie we have been waiting for. Hopefully they will redo it and do it right in live action but for now, it's got to be this amazing film. you actually feel sad when Superman dies in this movie. The animation is beautiful, the story is great, the voice cast and directing is great. I have once failed to see a bad DC animated movie, this one is good and I know it's sequel will be too. If you have not seen this movie then I recommend you do.
