They seem not only to know their stuff but they're passionate about it. I really need to stop visiting their store. Their pickups aren't cheap but you get what you pay for. I have many sets of Rockfield pickups, (same quality & price as Carp.), and a few sets of various Gibson USA pickups. Gibson-$160/each, Rockfield/Carp.-$60/each. I'm afraid I prefer my Rockfields/Carp. The sound. You may get what you pay for but I think you're also paying for a name.
