This is a Red Rose Barbie doll, part of the Flora Filipina series of Barbies created in 2001 by Richwell/Mattel.  Barbie wears a striking outfit with a scoop neck black top with long see-through nylon sleeves and a solid red crepe-like fitted ankle-length skirt.  Around her arms is a stunning shawl covered with faux red roses and green leaves.  At her waist is a green belt of long emerald green colored spangles.  Barbie's hair is either very dark brown or black and is slightly curly, shoulder length with flip.  Her eyes are brown. Black pumps are included.  Boxes are in excellent condition and come in manufacturer's original cardboard packaging.  Same day USPS Priority Mail.
