Just started getting back into the bass after a 16 year break. Couldnt afford the Steinberger I had so I did some research and found the Peavey Bass Guitars to be to my liking. The Grind is a stunning bass....one piece construction (no bolt on neck) makes for a solid body. The dark striped mahogany is a work of art. The action on this thing is great and the pickups...from a warm deep punch to a sharp slap this thing rocks! Its not heavy, has a good feel, and is well balanced for the casual to the serious bassist. I'm lovin' it!
This bass has a professional look on stage. I like the fast neck and the tones you can achieve thru the pickups. This instrument is well built with quality components and tuner keys. Why pay up to 3X more for a "signature" bass guitar when this one looks and performs just as good.
Looks Great! Feels Amazing! Plays Smooth. Sounds Great . Have owned non-USA model and US made and you get what you pay for. Buy American Made Peavey Cirrus and will not be disappointed.

Sounds terrible but of course I bought it used. The strings are extremely high from the fret. The controls do not function properly. They are very confusing. The volume and the bass controls both work in opposite directions. This bass is a nightmare.
