This was easy to set up and use. I like that it came with an electrical cord and includes the battery. It has easy to use features and only takes a read through the manual to figure it all out so it's user friendly. The cordless feature and caller ID is great and the second handset works just as great in the other room. It has a great answering machine and I Iike that even if the power goes out you DO NOT lose your messages. GREAT phone and it doesn't take up hardly any space on the counter. I recommend!
