The sellers gave the impression they weren't interested in selling an item, but more interested in waiting out the refund period to lock in a sale without delivering an item. No specific shipping information was provided, and I was unable to track the package without asking them, and on the follow-up no specific tracking information was provided. They weren't proactive in tracking the shipment, and the entire process took a month and a half to resolve, and only resolved through refund.

sir as we said that the item was shipped & after custom clearance you will be getting tracking number but due to congestion of parcels at custom depot due to year end & festive season month, we face the same issue at the ending months of the year.But we assured you that if the first shipped item doesnt get cleared & the tracking doesnt come by end week of december we will be sending you another fresh piece inspite of investment of first piece already done but you opened the case & got refunded.
